The Full Arborist Experience
ArborFest Expo is a premier three-day event built for tree care professionals, including crews, climbers, operators, and industry leaders. The expo officially opens Thursday at 9:00 AM, featuring a massive show floor, indoor seminars, and outdoor demonstrations. Attendees can earn ISA and TCIA CEUs while networking with fellow arborists and exploring the latest gear and techniques in the field.
Full Event Schedule:
Wednesday, April 8 (Pre-Conference): Introduction to Plant Health Care from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Crane Certification courses held throughout the day.
Thursday, April 9: Registration at 8:30 AM; Floor opens at 9:00 AM; Education sessions from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; On-site Happy Hour at the Boone Building from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Friday, April 10: Registration at 8:30 AM; Education starts at 9:00 AM; Floor opens at 10:00 AM; After Party at Bold Rock Cidery from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Saturday, April 11: Registration at 8:30 AM; Education at 9:00 AM; Floor opens at 10:00 AM; Event concludes at 2:00 PM.
Ticketing and Registration
Registration is currently open with several ticket tiers:
All-Access Ticket: $129.00 – Includes all sessions, the trade show, and social events.
Crew Pass: Discounts of $10.00–$20.00 per ticket available for groups of 4 or more.
Guest Pass: $75.00 – Grants access to the Friday and Saturday social hours.
RV Camping: $215.00 – Includes 3 nights of full hook-up on-site camping.
