The soulful sounds of the blues return to the hills of the Upstate for the 2026 Deep Winter Blues Festival! Held inside the heated and weather-protected Heritage Pavilion at the historic Hagood Mill, this annual favorite celebrates the rich legacy of Piedmont and Delta blues.
This year’s festival is headlined by South Carolina blues legend Mac Arnold & Plate Full O’ Blues. Come experience world-class music, explore the 1845 water-powered gristmill in operation, and shop at the artisan market featuring local handmade crafts.
