Mark your calendars for October 25-26, 2025, as Downtown Toccoa, Georgia, transforms into a lively hub of fall festivities for the 48th Annual Toccoa Harvest Festival! This cherished tradition, running since 1978, promises a weekend filled with food, crafts, music, and family-friendly fun. With event hours from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.  on Saturday (10/25) and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday (10/26) , there’s plenty of time to soak in the autumn atmosphere against the stunning backdrop of Toccoa’s vibrant mountain fall foliage.

This year’s festival holds special significance as it marks the first time Emrie Canen, Events and Marketing Coordinator for Main Street Toccoa, and Cynthia Brown, Main Street Toccoa Manager, are taking the reins to plan this beloved event. Their fresh perspective and passion for community engagement are set to elevate the festival, ensuring it remains a highlight for locals and visitors alike.

“We’re thrilled to be planning the 48th Annual Toccoa Harvest Festival,” says Canen. “It’s an honor to carry on this tradition and create a memorable experience that celebrates the heart and soul of our community.”

From artisanal crafts like handcrafted jewelry, pottery, and custom woodwork, attendees can explore unique treasures perfect for holiday shopping or personal keepsakes. Food lovers will delight in hearty regional dishes and sweet treats. Two stages of live entertainment will keep the festival buzzing with energy. Families will find plenty to keep kids entertained, with activities including train rides around the festival area, face painting, inflatables, and more.

The festival also features the Currahee Artist Guild’s art exhibit and sale, showcasing local talent and adding a cultural flair to the weekend. For car enthusiasts, the Classic & Antique Car Cruise-In on Saturday ( 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)  will display an impressive array of vintage vehicles, adding a nostalgic touch to the festivities.

The Toccoa Harvest Festival is more than just a weekend of fun – it’s a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and local pride. Downtown shops and restaurants will be open, offering special deals and enhancing the festive vibe. The event also supports the local economy, with tourism revenue and partnerships with small businesses boosting the region. Volunteers play a crucial role, from setup to guest assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

As Toccoa gears up for this milestone 48th year, Canen and Brown invite everyone to join in the celebration. “We can’t wait to see families, friends, and visitors come together to enjoy the best of Toccoa,” Canen adds. “This festival is about creating memories and celebrating what makes our community special.”
